Responsibilities include leading by example, maintaining hospitality, teamwork, and accurate chip distribution, along with inventory and log maintenance throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass Canterbury Park’s pre-employment screening including background check.
• Must be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, trustworthy and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example.
• Maintain a high degree of hospitality and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Foster teamwork and inspire collaboration.
• Handle requests for different chip denominations and deliver chips to players at tables.
• Keep track of chip inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Perform table fills to maintain proper chip inventory.
• Deliver set-ups to tables as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain Master Table Logs (MTL) and communicate updates to shift management.
• Count and balance the chip bank and cart at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
