• Construct frames, install rafters, joists, sub-flooring, wall sheathing, etc.
• Install hardwood flooring, staircase, shelves, cabinets, windows, door trim, etc.
• Renovate and perform repair work
• Explain steps and provide directions to employees and subcontractors
