Job summary

Tradestaff New Zealand is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Cromwell projects. If you’re an experienced chippy who takes pride in quality workmanship, this role offers variety across residential builds with upcoming commercial work.

Location is Cromwell, Central Otago with an immediate start. Pay rates range from $32 to $36 per hour, paid weekly, and you’ll bring BCITO Level 4 Carpentry and solid residential construction experience.

Qualifications

• BCITO Level 4 Carpentry qualification required.
• Solid residential construction experience.
• Own carpentry tools and reliable transport.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry across new residential construction projects.
• Framing, cladding and general building work.
• First and second fix through different stages of the build.

Carpenter

Tradestaff is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join a solid pipeline of construction projects across Cromwell. If you’re an experienced chippy who enjoys varied work and takes pride in quality workmanship, this is a great opportunity to get involved in residential builds with commercial projects also coming up.

Location: Cromwell, Central Otago

Start date: Immediate start

Pay rate: $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience - paid weekly

The work
