Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) is hiring a permanent, part-time P32 to join the Cargo Handling Team. You’ll support Container Terminal Operations and help keep staffing steady in a variable shipping environment, with progression opportunities as you develop your skills.

The role is 4 x 8-hour shifts per week in a 24/7 operation, with night shift allowances and a range of employee benefits including health cover, annual leave, sick leave, parental leave and development opportunities.

Formación

• Current, clean Class 1 Driver licence.
• Class 2 Driver licence is preferred but not essential.
• Be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Reliable, flexible and a team player focused on safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lash containers on vessels.
• Drive straddle carriers.
• Learn additional skills as demand allows.
