Surrounded by water, just moments from the beach and connected to the vibrant township by a picturesque footbridge, our park welcomes thousands of visitors each year looking to experience the magic of Whaingaroa.
We're looking for a hands-on, practical and security-minded Caretaker to help keep our beautiful holiday park operating at its best.

As our Caretaker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, comfortable and memorable stay. No two days are the same.
One moment you might be completing maintenance repairs, the next supporting the team with security, housekeeping, preparing accommodation units for arriving guests, checking equipment or responding to an after-hours callout. You'll be responsible for proactively caring for the park's buildings, grounds, equipment and facilities, helping preserve the quality and reputation that guests have come to expect from Raglan Holiday Park Papahua.
Please note that this role also supports park security and when needed responds to after-hours callouts on a rostered basis.
We are looking for team members to join us from early December, with training provided before our peak summer season, through to approximately mid-April.
Raglan Holiday Park Papahua operates 7 days a week and, during peak periods, rostered shifts may fall anywhere between 5.00am and 11.30pm. Applicants will need flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
We are advertising and interviewing now to allow enough time to complete our pre-employment process before successful applicants start training in December.
Preferred candidates will be required to complete relevant pre-employment checks prior to starting, which may include a medical assessment, drug and alcohol testing and police vetting, depending on the requirements of the role.

Hourly rate: $29.90 (Living Wage).
