Job summary

Ryman Healthcare is seeking a Caregiver at Charles Fleming Retirement Village, Waikanae, Wellington NZ. This full-time role offers varied shifts and the chance to provide compassionate care while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will follow individual care plans, use the myRyman care app, and work closely with a supportive team to create a positive environment. Kindness, empathy and reliability are essential; aged care experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care is preferred but not essential.
• NZ work rights are required for offshore applicants.
• Demonstrates kindness, empathy and a reliable, friendly and professional style.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Charles Fleming Retrirement Village Limited, Waikanae, Kapiti Coast as a Caregiver. We have a Full-Time position available working Monday, Friday, Saturday 0700-1330 and Tuesday 0700-1530 and Friday & Saturday 1630-2030.

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residentsand their families
• Follow our resident’s individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleaguescreating a great team environment

We’d love you to have experience working in Aged care, but that’s not essential.
