While this is not a customer‑facing role, we expect every member of our team to keep the end customer in mind. The quality of your work ultimately contributes to the reliability, finish and experience our owners enjoy every time they take their Tristram out on the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing and joining fibreglass hulls, decks, and components to Tristram Marine’s quality standards
  • Following established production processes and specifications
  • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
