The successful applicant will:

• provide tailored, individualised career advice and pathway planning and teaching for students
• oversee school pathway programmes, vocational learning options, and gateway initiatives
• establish and foster strong connections with tertiary institutions, local industries, and community partners
• coordinate career expos, guest speakers, and industry visits to inspire and expand student opportunities
• have a progressive and up-to-date commitment to pedagogy and achievement
• work with dedication and consistency to build a positive culture within the staff, with an emphasis on teamwork
• promote an environment where students can reach their full potential
• have a keen sense of humour
• have a warm and approachable manner that promotes empathic, strong, positive relationships with students and all stakeholders.
