Summerset is seeking a dedicated Cook for Rototuna village to prepare fresh meals for residents and the café, following menus and dietary needs in a supportive kitchen team.

You will maintain an audit-ready kitchen per the Food Control Plan, collaborate with care teams, and deliver nutritious meals that support residents’ health. This casual role requires weekend/holiday flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Cook experience, ideally in healthcare or residential care
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards; certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and holidays

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook production meals for the care centre and café based on menus and dietary needs
• Maintain an audit-ready kitchen per Summerset's Food Control Plan
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, care teams and management to deliver a great dining experience
