Summerset is seeking a dedicated Chef at Rototuna village to deliver set meals, cafe orders, and themed events with flair. You’ll work across resident production meals and the café, ensuring variety and dietary needs are met in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Professional cookery qualification required.
• Experience as cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good knowledge of Food Safety Plans.
• Team player who shares culinary knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking set meals delivered to residents.
• Cooking short orders for cafe customers.
• Complying with the approved Food Control Plan.
• Supporting kitchen team with preparation techniques.
