About the Role:
We are looking for companionate, confident Care Home Manager for an aged care a facility in central Auckland.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will provide operational, clinical and people leadership to ensure residents receive excellent care in our hospital care and dementia care units.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the facility, providing focused leadership to achieve agreed business and financial objectives. With a clinical background and a current APC, you will also work with clinical management to ensure the provision of safe clinical support, leadership and accountability as you lead a dedicated and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the care home in alignment with the organisation’s values and strategic goals

Skills and Experience:

• NZ Nurse Registration with a current practicing nursing certificate (APC)

• Confidence managing clinical risk, compliance and change


• A warm, collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
