Summerset is seeking an experienced Care Centre Manager in Auckland to lead a team of Nurses and Caregivers, driving quality care and strong operational performance. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, budgeting and governance.
You will build trust with residents and families, guide clinical decisions, and ensure compliance with Te Whatu Ora and NASC standards while nurturing a supportive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some occasional on‑call responsibilities that include weekends and nights.
You’ll bring experience in a clinical environment with a deep understanding of the aged care sector and Te Whatu Ora standards. You’ll be an experienced manager with solid aged care experience in New Zealand, ready for a new challenge, you’ll be passionate about leading people, driving quality outcomes, and making a real difference.
