Job summary

Health New Zealand Waitematā seeks a Cardiac Physiologist with 1–2 years experience to join a busy team across North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals. You will perform ECGs, Holter, ABU and Event monitoring, and assist with catheterisation procedures and remote monitoring.

The role requires SCT membership, CPRB registration and an Annual Practising Certificate, plus strong communication and meticulous documentation in a patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate will be a member of SCT and registered with CPRB and hold an Annual Practising Certificate.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and team communication abilities.
• Analytical minded with strong attention to detail and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform ECGs, Holter, ABU and Event monitor fitting.
• Support Holter reporting and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in cardiac catheterisation procedures (Angio, PCI) and device clinics.
