Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist in Auckland to provide expert clinical product and technical support to physicians and EP lab staff during Cardiac Electrophysiology procedures.
You will help optimize use of CARTO system and related equipment, deliver targeted training, and build strong relationships with hospitals to expand adoption.
Applicants must have rights to work in New Zealand, a valid driver licence, and a reliable car; travel at least 20% is expected.
Qualifications
- Rights to work in New Zealand required.
- Must have reliable car and a valid Driver Licence.
- Preferred study in Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
- Exceptional communication and business partnering skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth through targeted strategies and plans.
- Strengthen relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
- Provide expert clinical support and troubleshooting for proprietary hardware.
- Drive education and adoption through professional training events.
- Optimize operations including consignment stock, expenses, and reporting.
- Lead product introductions and coordinate trials.
