High-quality testing plays a critical role in ensuring the systems and services we deliver are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose. We're looking for an experienced testing leader to join us as our Capability Lead, Quality Assurance & Testing. As Capability Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading MBIE's testing capability. Reporting to the Manager Quality Assurance & Testing, you'll provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and people leadership to a team of testing professionals while partnering closely with stakeholders across the Ministry, technology teams, vendors, and suppliers. You'll be a trusted advisor who champions the value of quality assurance and testing, helping to ensure successful delivery across a diverse portfolio of technology programmes and initiatives.
