You will provide visible leadership, oversee campus operations, and ensure delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through OneSchool's self-directed learning model.

• Has recent leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal in a New Zealand school.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to improve student outcomes and lead high-performing teams.

• Brings a growth mindset, strong values, and a passion for innovative education.
• Has the vision and capability to lead an established, successful campus while driving continuous improvement.
