Job summary

OneSchool Global Hamilton Campus is seeking a visionary Campus Principal to lead our Year 3-13 school. You will provide visible leadership, champion student achievement and wellbeing, oversee campus operations, and nurture a high-performing teaching team.

You will deliver the New Zealand Curriculum via our self-directed learning model, build strong relationships with families and the community, and work with a national leadership group and global network to sustain an exceptional learning

Qualifications

• Has recent leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal in a New Zealand school.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to improve student outcomes and lead high-performing teams.
• Is an engaging communicator who builds trust and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through our self-directed learning model.
• Develop and support staff and oversee campus operations.
