Job summary

KiwiQuest is seeking a Campervan Rental Operations Assistant / Groomer in Christchurch to prep vehicles, welcome customers at pick-up, and support drop-offs efficiently and professionally.

You will perform basic vehicle checks, cleaning, and admin tasks, respond to enquiries by email, WhatsApp, and phone, and contribute to a fast-paced, low-friction team culture with a hands-on attitude.

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand work rights.
• Full drivers licence and own transport.
• At least one year of operations or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at pick-up and explain campervan use.
• Handle drop-offs, vehicle checks, and system updates.
• Clean and prepare vehicles with required equipment.
• Respond to customer enquiries by email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Complete basic vehicle checks, maintenance, and interior fixes.
• Perform administration and vehicle-related errands.
