Job summary

Premier Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker/Joiner to join our Henderson team in Auckland, manufacturing high-end custom kitchens and cabinetry on projects across Auckland. You will work with premium materials to deliver quality outcomes.

Join a dedicated production team, operating woodworking machinery and hand tools, meeting project deadlines, and assisting with installations and on-site adjustments as needed. 5 years of experience and a full Class 1 license are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker/Joiner.
• Experience manufacturing mid to high-end custom kitchens and cabinetry.
• Confident operating CNC machinery and edge banders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Full Class 1 driver's licence (manual is advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble high-quality custom kitchens and cabinetry.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to required standards.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
• Assist with workshop organisation and general shop duties.
• Provide support with installations and on-site adjustments when required.

Are you an experienced cabinet maker looking for a new opportunity in Henderson?

Our client is looking for a new team member to work on high-end custom kitchens and cabinetry on projects throughout Auckland.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside the production team, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-quality custom kitchens and cabinetry. This role involves operating woodworking machinery and hand tools, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines. You'll also assist with workshop organisation and provide support with installations and on-site adjustments when required.

Work is Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with occasional overtime until 5:00pm as required.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker/Joiner
• Experience manufacturing mid to high-end custom kitchens and cabinetry
• Confident operating CNC machinery and edge banders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Full Class 1 driver's licence (Being Able to drive Manual is Advantageous)
