Job summary

• Experience with food handling and preparation in a retail or butcher environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist colleagues as needed.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality and display standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, packing and presenting meat products ready for sale.
• Maintaining stock levels in cabinets and retail spaces and ensuring quality of displayed products.
• Cleaning trays, utensils and preparation areas.
• Complying with Health and Safety and Food Safety programmes.
