Job summary

New World Pukekohe is seeking an experienced Butchery 2IC to join our team. You will support the Butchery Manager, lead the team, and uphold the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation across the department.

You should have solid retail or production butchery experience, strong knife skills, and supervisory capabilities. SAP knowledge is preferred. The role includes weekends and public holidays on a roster; hours discussed at interview.

• Experience working in a retail or production butchery environment.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Computer literate with SAP knowledge preferred.

About you
