Job summary

Craigmore Horticulture is seeking a Business Systems and Change Manager to own how systems, processes and technology support the growing horticulture business at Saint Leonards, North Island. You’ll drive change, lead projects and partner with operations to deliver practical improvements that matter.

Shape the future of Horticulture through systems, technology and change
Turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference. As the Business Systems and Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of how systems, processes and technology support Craigmore’s growing Horticulture business.

You’ll work alongside operational leaders, technology teams and people across our orchards and vineyards to identify opportunities, lead change and deliver solutions that make work easier, more efficient and more effective.
This is a role where you can see the impact of your work - from introducing new technology and improving processes, through to helping our people embrace change and get the most from the systems they use every day.
