Craigmore Horticulture – Saint Leonards, North Island
Shape the future of Horticulture through systems, technology and change
Turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference. As the Business Systems and Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of how systems, processes and technology support Craigmore’s growing Horticulture business.
You’ll work alongside operational leaders, technology teams and people across our orchards and vineyards to identify opportunities, lead change and deliver solutions that make work easier, more efficient and more effective.
This is a role where you can see the impact of your work - from introducing new technology and improving processes, through to helping our people embrace change and get the most from the systems they use every day.
You’ll have the opportunity to own and influence meaningful change, rather than simply manage systems from the side-lines.You’ll have visibility across the Horticulture business, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and play a key role in shaping how technology and processes support our future. With ownership of key systems and a seat at the table for broader technology initiatives, you’ll be able to see your ideas move from concept through to implementation and measurable business outcomes.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine technology, people and continuous improvement, and where your work will have a visible impact on a growing Horticulture business, this could be the opportunity for you.
