We're looking for a strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our D&D Technologies portfolio across New Zealand. This is a role for someone who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building long-term customer partnerships and creating sustainable business growth. You'll work closely with customers, distributors, contractors and internal teams to expand market share, strengthen our market presence and help shape the future success of a trusted industry brand backed by ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions.

You'll combine strategic thinking with a highly proactive business development approach, identifying new opportunities, developing market growth strategies and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. While maintaining key relationships is important, the primary focus is growing the business through customer acquisition, market penetration and channel development.
Success in this role will come from your ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong commercial focus on growth outcomes.

You're naturally curious about the market, motivated by achieving results and confident engaging with customers at all levels. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys the challenge of winning new business while creating lasting value for customers and the wider team.
Join a global organisation whose products help create safer, more secure and more accessible communities around the world.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of growth across New Zealand, work with respected brands and make a genuine commercial impact within a collaborative, high-performing team.
