Stantec in Auckland is looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Transport and Community Development teams. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Auckland, helping deliver iconic transport projects and support client teams with administration, proposals, reporting, and information management.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong MS Office skills and experience in coordinating meetings, onboarding, and document control.

We need a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic person to join our Auckland office as a Transport Administrator. This role is also responsible for the Community Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in administration and/or customer service who enjoys being organised, proactive, and working as part of a busy team. You’ll play an important role in providing proactive support with a focus on proposals, which will ensure our teams have the support they need to deliver for our clients.
