Job summary

PNC Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist for our Wellington, FL branch. You will drive consumer and small business banking opportunities, lead generation, and referral activities to expand wallet share while delivering a differentiated client experience from onboarding to servicing.

Collaborate with a broad ecosystem of partners to meet client needs, educate clients on digital tools, and manage risk in line with policy.

Qualifications

University/college degree required or equivalent.
Spanish language ability preferred.
Notary Public eligibility may be required depending on state and branch requirements.

Responsibilities

Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
Lead management and referrals to ecosystem partners to grow client base and cross-sell products.
Develop ecosystem leadership with PNCWM, Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage partners.
Deliver differentiated client experiences through consultative banking solutions and onboarding.
Collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker to pursue independent opportunities to expand wallet share.
Educate clients on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
Manage risk by following policies and procedures and participating in branch operations.
