Job summary

WineWorks is seeking Bottling Line staff and Machine Operators to join our NZ team. You will operate specialised bottling equipment and participate in quality checks and packaging operations.

We value attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Permanent full-time roles run 5:00pm–5:00am, Monday to Thursday, with competitive hourly pay and a night-shift allowance plus meal provisions.

Qualifications

• Full on-the-job training provided. No prior bottling experience needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and pride in getting it right first time.
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling line machinery to fill, seal, label and package bottles.
• Perform quality checks and ensure packaging accuracy.
• Attend to equipment and process adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and safety standards.
