Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is seeking a motivated junior growth marketer to join the ANZ Marketing team. The role focuses on affiliate, referral and growth marketing opportunities within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast, a Binance user, and eager to deepen digital marketing skills while collaborating across campaigns and growth experiments. Based in Australia or New Zealand with a potential work-from-home arrangement.

Qualifications

• Interest in crypto/blockchain
• Current Binance user and active app user
• Understanding of Affiliate marketing and BD/sales processes
• Ideas to grow Binance user base via affiliate and referral strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation and management of blogs, announcements, and educational materials
• Support lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages)
• Lead outreach to Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers and KOLs to build partnerships and drive user growth
• Lead referral initiatives for current users
• Assist with community growth
• Assist with marketing campaigns execution
• Participate in growth experiments and analyze performance metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team on recurring tasks and campaigns
