Job summary

Klein Ltd. in Auckland seeks an experienced BIM Manager/Lead to shape how we use BIM and digital tools across our practice and projects. This hands-on role works with project teams to set up projects, solve BIM and coordination challenges, and build BIM capability.

You will lead BIM model setup, coordination, Revit modelling and family creation, Forma Hub administration, and develop BIM Execution Plans while mentoring teams and keeping up with industry best practice.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM experience on architectural or construction projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Practical, collaborative approach to improving BIM processes and delivery.

Responsibilities

• BIM model setup, management and coordination across projects.
• Revit modelling, standards and family creation.
• Autodesk Forma Hub project setup, administration and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Reviewing and auditing models for quality and consistency.
