Job summary

Tiaki Wai is seeking a skilled delivery professional to design and implement a future billing operating model across the organisation. You will translate business and customer needs into practical solutions and drive migration to new systems and working practices.

You will lead testing, readiness, and operational preparedness, while shaping end-to-end billing-to-cash processes and customer journeys. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage risks and ensure successful transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience across programmes, projects or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with billing, CRM or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong migration, testing and operational readiness capabilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, delivery partners and teams.
• Excellent risk, dependency and issue management skills.
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset focused on delivering practical solutions.

• Design and support the implementation of Tiaki Wai's future billing operating model.

• Support migration and transition activities for a move to new systems and ways of work.
• Lead testing, business readiness, and operational preparedness activities.
• Design and improve end-to-end billing-to-cash processes and customer journeys.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Work across business, customer and technology teams to align priorities and drive progress.
• Support change initiatives and help stakeholders navigate transformation.
