Job summary

Tiaki Wai is seeking a delivery leader to help steer a major organisational transformation for the Customer Group. You will provide coordination, visibility, governance and delivery leadership to keep complex programmes moving forward and aligned with strategic outcomes.

You will work with the Chief Customer Officer and senior leaders to connect people, programmes and priorities, shaping how we work, make decisions and deliver for the future. Flexibility includes up to two days working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large transformation programmes.
• Ability to align multiple priorities to strategic outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the Customer Group to drive coordinated delivery.
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities early.
• Lead integrated planning, portfolio reporting and governance activities.
• Provide delivery assurance, insights and advice to senior leaders.
• Help create conditions for success by aligning initiatives to strategy.
• Contribute to design and implementation of a customer-focused operating model.
• Champion collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
