Mott MacDonald is seeking a Bid Advisor to join our New Zealand team, guiding bid strategy and producing compelling client-focused submissions. You will collaborate with Pursue and Win Manager, market leads, and technical teams to translate strategy into winning proposals.
You will support local Bid Coordinators, improve templates and tools, and contribute to continuous improvement across our bid processes while working in a values-led, collaborative environment in New Zealand.

We are looking for a Bid Advisor to join our New Zealand team and play a key role in helping us pursue and win work across our business. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, shaping strong client-focused submissions, and creating smart, consistent ways of working that help teams perform at their best.
As Bid Advisor, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality bids and proposals across New Zealand. Working closely with our Pursue and Win Manager, business leaders, client directors, market leads and technical teams, you will help turn strategy into compelling, well-structured submissions that clearly show the value Mott MacDonald can bring.
You will be a trusted partner to the business, helping teams understand what makes a strong pursuit, guiding bid strategy, supporting win themes, and making sure each submission is clear, client-focused and aligned with our standards. You will also support local Bid Coordinators, encourage knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement across our tools, templates and systems.
This role would suit someone who is collaborative, organised and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You will bring energy, curiosity and a practical mindset, with a strong focus on teamwork, innovation and building relationships that help us win the right work.
