Job summary

The Cosmetic Clinic in Waitakere, just outside Auckland, is seeking a motivated Beauty Therapist / Skin & Laser Therapist to join our Westcity clinic team. You will consult with clients, tailor personalised treatment plans and perform advanced skin and laser procedures, delivering an exceptional client experience.

We value enthusiasm, ongoing learning and a long-term commitment to aesthetics, offering training, supportive teamwork and access to the latest technology for great results.

Qualifications

• Level 4 or 5 Beauty Therapy qualification or currently completing studies.
• Passionate about skin, beauty and aesthetics.
• Team player with energy and eager to learn.
• Experience with Laser or IPL is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct professional consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Perform advanced skin and laser treatments including: Laser Hair Removal, Pigmentation and Red Vein Treatments, Skin Rejuvenation, LED Light Therapy, Medi-Aesthetic Peels, Skin Needling, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Depigmentation Peels.
• Continue developing skills across latest treatments, technology and skincare.
• Recommend products and treatments suited to each client's needs.

THE ROLE

As part of our clinic team, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional experience for every client
• Conduct professional consultations and understand each client's individual goals
• Develop personalised treatment plans to help clients achieve their desired results
• Recommend products and treatments suited to each client's needs
• Perform a range of advanced skin and laser treatments, including:
  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Pigmentation and Red Vein Treatments
  • Skin Rejuvenation
  • LED Light Therapy
  • Medi-Aesthetic Peels
  • Skin Needling
  • Dermaplaning
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Depigmentation Peels
• Continue developing your skills and knowledge across the latest treatments, technology and skincare

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a Level 4 or 5 Beauty Therapy qualification, or is currently completing their studies
• Is passionate about skin, beauty and aesthetics
• Loves working with people and creating a great client experience
• Is motivated by achieving real results for clients
• Is enthusiastic, positive and eager to learn
• Is a team player who brings great energy to the clinic
• Wants to build a long-term career in the aesthetics industry

Experience with Laser or IPL is a bonus, but not essential.
