Laser Clinics Burwood is seeking a dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our Burwood team. You will deliver laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin treatments and cosmetic-grade peels, while helping clients feel confident in their skin.

Qualifications

• Must hold internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum).
• Experience with delivering aesthetic services is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong client focus and the ability to upsell services and products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, peels, Hydrojelly masks and RF.
• Provide tailored solutions based on client needs to boost confidence.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to grow skills and achieve targets.
• Uphold values of Passion, Care, and Determination in daily work.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive,you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
