Job summary

Studio 97 Group is seeking an experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead our Kaiapoi and Silverstream salons, driving growth and delivering outstanding client experiences.

The role oversees daily operations, team performance, and sales, with immediate start. You will develop staff, manage bookings, and maintain high hygiene and service standards in a growing salon group.

Qualifications

• Previous salon management or senior therapist experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience using salon software (Timely experience is an advantage).
• A passion for customer service.
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Retail sales experience.
• A positive, can-do attitude.

About the Role
