Job summary

Sephora in New Zealand is seeking a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to welcome customers, explore their needs, and help them discover our beauty selection. You will build emotional connections, share product knowledge across fragrance, makeup, skincare, and ensure a memorable in-store experience.

You will support store success with tidy shelving, assist promotions, and participate in in-store training to grow your expertise.

Qualifications
