Sephora in Auckland seeks a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to inspire customers and help them discover our Beauty Selection. You’ll build emotional connections, share expertise on makeup, skincare and fragrances, and support store goals with friendly, attentive service.

You’ll work with a diverse team, participate in training, and enjoy a dynamic fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/retail sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of cosmetics, fragrance, makeup and skincare trends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and listen to customers’ needs.
