Sephora in Auckland is seeking a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to inspire customers and help them discover our Beauty Selection. You’ll listen to individual needs, offer personalized recommendations, and share knowledge of trendy products to build memorable experiences.

You will join a diverse team, participate in in-store beauty expert training, and grow within the LVMH beauty family. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is preferred.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with sales experience.
• Knowledge of beauty products, fragrance, makeup and skincare is helpful.
• Interest in trends and willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment and listen to customers’ needs.
• Help customers discover features and benefits of Sephora’s products and CRM program.
• Contribute to store standards, promotions, and events with a positive, proactive attitude.
