Job summary

ZEISS Group in New Zealand is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to actively pursue new business, build partnerships, and drive growth within the Vision Care portfolio. This field-based role requires autonomy, territory planning, and delivering engaging presentations to customers across NZ, with travel to Australia as needed.

Ideal candidates have proven sales or BD experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience in optics/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within NZ and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and partnerships within the NZ South Territory.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, travel across NZ.
• Plan territory coverage and education sessions, including weekends/trade shows.
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing and support teams.
