Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking a motivated Sales and Delivery Driver for the Cromwell branch. You will deliver battery products, provide sales support, and build customer relationships on the road across the Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell Basin region.

We value attitude, reliability and communication, with training provided to learn products and sales processes. This is a full-time, on-site role offering ongoing development within HCB and the Bapcor Group.

Qualifications

• Full Clean New Zealand driver''s licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident with face-to-face customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the branch team.
• Willingness to learn products, systems and sales processes.
• Good physical fitness for handling and delivering battery products.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver battery products to customers in Queenstown, Wanaka and Cromwell Basin.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support sales growth through regular customer contact and conversations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries and identify right product solutions.
• Follow a regular call plan and support branch sales activity.
• Collaborate with the branch team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain safe work practices when handling and delivering batteries.
• Represent HCB professionally on the road.
