The Hotel Britomart is a luxury hotel in Auckland seeking a Casual Bartender & Barista on an as-and-when-required basis. You will deliver outstanding service across the bar, restaurant, breakfast service, and events, crafting high-quality coffees and beverages and engaging with guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong barista skills, and knowledge of cocktails, wine and beverages. LCQ and Food Handler certifications are preferred or obtainable during employment.

• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to obtain LCQ and Food Handler certifications if not held.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages.
• Create classic cocktails and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Deliver attentive and personalised guest service.
• Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and coffee stations.
• Assist with restaurant and conference/event service as required.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol and food safety standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures and contribute to team success.

About the Role

As a Bartender & Barista, you'll beresponsible for delivering outstanding service across our bar, restaurant,breakfast service, and conference & events operations. You'll createconsistently high-quality coffees and beverages, engage with guests, andcontribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects The Hotel Britomart'sservice standards.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You will bring:

• Atleast 1-2 years' experience in a similar hospitality role
• Strongbarista skills and a sound knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverages

• Professionalpresentation and attention to detail
• Flexibilityto work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• LCQand Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
