Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a Bank Manager to lead both Taumarunui and Tokoroa branches. The role is based at either location with regular travel between the two sites. You will guide the team, drive customer loyalty, and shape community banking experiences.

You will manage Banking Advisers and Customer Service Representatives across personal, business, and wealth banking, reporting to the Regional Manager. The position is full-time and permanent.

Qualifikationen

• Proven recent experience as a successful leader.
• Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading change.
• A strong commitment to coaching and developing others.
• Solid understanding of the local area (desired).
• A tertiary qualification in Business (preferred).
• FA qualification (desired).
