Tourism Holdings Pty is seeking a warm, nurturing Guest Experience Team Leader to guide a team of teachers in our Kiwi Room. You will mentor staff, champion the local curriculum, and maintain strong partnerships with parents and whānau.

The role requires leadership experience and NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. The successful candidate will oversee care and education for tamariki under 2, creating inspiring learning environments and modelling respectful caregiving as a core teaching

• ECE qualified and registered Teacher with NZ practising certificate or provisional certificate.

Guest Experience Team Leader

We are looking for a warm and nurturing Team Leader with previous leadership and mentoring experience, to lead a wonderful team of teachers in our Kiwi Room. As a Kaiako who is passionate about the care and education of tamariki aged under 2, we’d love to meet you, chat about your career path and show you around our well-established and whānau focussed centre.

The position:

• Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
• ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate
• Must have previous leadership experience
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
