The Civil Aviation Authority New Zealand – Wellington, North Island, seeks a Manager Aviation Safety Coordination to lead the Aviation Safety Oversight Group. You will coordinate regulatory work, prioritise delivery, and build a high-performing team in a dynamic regulatory environment.

You'll drive continuous improvement, manage intake and allocations, and collaborate across the organisation to meet key priorities, ensuring robust service standards and performance outcomes.

• Leading a team that coordinates and prioritises work across the Aviation Safety Oversight group

• Oversee the integrity and management of the New Zealand Aircraft Register
