Job summary

Luxaviation is seeking a Flight Facilitation Supervisor to drive aviation support delivery. You will lead the ExecuJet team, coordinate ground operations globally, and ensure contractual obligations and strong client relationships are met.

The role requires autonomy, leadership, and strong communication with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, reporting, and travelling regionally as needed, with after-hours and weekend support when required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience with accountability and high performance.
• Experience in account management to ensure service levels and deliverables.
• Excellent geographical awareness and adaptability to regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the ExecuJet Flight Facilitation team to deliver high performance and standards.
• Coordinate ground operations and related services for clients worldwide (fuel liaison, crew housing, transfers, catering, flight setup).
• Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams; monitor operations and reporting; attend meetings with customers and contractors.
