Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Head of Audio-Visual to lead the strategic and operational delivery of our AV services at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre. You will balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, commercial decisions, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in professional audio-visual environments.
• Strong knowledge of converged network-based AV systems.
• Experience with AV system upgrades, installations and lifecycle planning.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams in complex venues or operation environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day and strategic management of the AV department.
• Oversee AV operations across major conferences, exhibitions, and events.
• Drive service excellence and client satisfaction.
