Job summary

Northland Toyota in Whangārei is seeking a hardworking and reliable Workshop & General Hand to join our busy Service Department. This hands-on role involves assisting technicians, cleaning and detailing vehicles, keeping the workshop tidy, transporting service customers when required, and performing general duties as directed by the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.

A Full Driver’s Licence, initiative, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team (including weekend rosters) are

Qualifications

• A Full Driver’s Licence (must be confident driving both manual & automatic).
• Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available for weekend work as per roster.

• Carry out general duties as directed by the Workshop Controller and Service Manager to support the smooth operation of the workshop.
