Golden Goose is seeking a capable Store Manager for its Auckland store. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain brand standards while managing a team and engaging with local and international customers.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will optimize merchandising, staff rosters, and budgeting, ensuring exceptional customer service. English and Mandarin Chinese are advantageous for interactions with diverse clientele.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3–4 years of comparable global luxury retail sales experience with brands in apparel.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, supervising staff, and rostering.
• Manage store profitability and control expenses, including labour costs and inventory.
• Maintain stock levels, product range, and effective merchandising.
• Develop pricing strategies to stay competitive while maintaining profitability.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions to drive sales and attract customers.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and high store standards.
