Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience or NZ Level 4 or above qualification
• Bachelor's degree or above required
• No major restrictions for employment

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials
• Install fixtures, fittings, and structures such as windows, doors, stairs, and cabinets
• Inspect materials and finished products for compliance with specs and codes
• Repair or replace damaged structures, fixtures, or furniture
• Construct frameworks for walls, ceilings, and floors
• Assemble partitions, shopfronts, and signage
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines
• Maintain a safe, clean worksite per health and safety rules
