This is an opportunity to lead an important international portfolio and play a key role in shaping our future global growth. As Associate Director, International Recruitment and Market Development, you will provide strategic leadership for international recruitment performance, market development, international marketing initiatives, agent and partner networks and pipeline growth across global markets. Reporting to the Director, Global Recruitment and Mobility, you will lead the development and delivery of international recruitment strategies that support the University's growth, diversification and internationalisation objectives. You will oversee a team of recruitment professionals based both in New Zealand and offshore, and will have significant influence over market prioritisation, channel investment, partnership development and student pipeline performance. Working closely with internal teams, you will help ensure a connected and effective approach across the student recruitment journey, aligning recruitment, admissions and conversion activities to support enrolment success. You will also contribute to institutional planning through market intelligence, forecasting, performance analysis and strategic advice to senior leaders. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position based at our Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton.
