Job summary

Franklin Smith Group in Christchurch is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Mechanical & Electrical team. This entry-level role offers training and mentorship to learn the industry, develop recruitment and sales skills, and progress toward running your own desk.

You’ll work with experienced consultants, supporting the team while learning all sides of recruitment and building a strong client and candidate network.

• Building knowledge of the mechanical trades market.
• Working towards taking ownership of your own clients and, eventually, your own desk.

Looking to kick-start a career in recruitment? We're looking for a driven, ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join Franklin Smith and learn the ropes within our Mechanical & Electrical team.

This is an entry-level role, so previous recruitment experience isn't required. We'll give you the training, support and tools you need to learn the industry, develop your recruitment and sales skills, and ultimately work towards running your own successful desk.

Experience in sales, customer service or the trades would be beneficial, but it's definitely not essential. If you've got the right attitude and work ethic, we can teach you the rest.
